Linda passed away Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was born in Cleburne on Sept. 17, 1946, the daughter of Claudine (Campbell) and Chester Earl Moseley.
Linda married Delphus Runnels on Jan. 24, 1969 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a beautician in Cleburne for 35 years and had a great love for her customers. Linda was a member of North Cleburne Baptist Church and had such a love for her family, especially her grandchildren. One of her greatest passions was working the concession stand at Pro Youth Rodeo Association events. Even when she was going through her treatments, being with these young people always brightened her day. She had many friends that were dear to her heart.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Linda is survived by her husband, Delphus Runnels; son, Keith Runnels and wife, Misty; daughter Shelley Rodriguez and husband, Rick, all of Cleburne; and grandchildren, Jayson Clay Terry, Isaac Goldsmith, Kyndal Terry, Skylar Runnels, and Keller Rodriguez.
She is also survived by brothers, Chester “Tooter” Moseley and wife, Vicky, of Blum, Texas, Dean Moseley and wife, Shirley, of Cleburne, and Gary Dan Moseley of Poolville, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Texas Oncology in Cleburne and Mission Hospice for taking such great care of our Mom.
