Sally Toalston

Sally Ruth Toalston was called home on April 14, 2024 surrounded by loved ones. She was born April 18, 1939, the 8th of 10 children, to Ira and Esther Guy in Gibson, GA. Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Toalston and grandson, A. J. Cleveland. She is survived by her youngest sister, Clara Holinbaugh (Gary), sons Guy Fredericks (Tina), Earl Hickey, daughters Sheila Shekels, Freda Shekels (David), Susan Kizer (Bobby), Beth Shastid (Lee), Christina Montgomery (Chad), 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Sally was a woman of faith, an avid gardener and caring volunteer. She loved animals, her family, and friends. Funeral services will be held at the DFW National Cemetery on a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to your local animal shelter in Sally's name.
