Obituary for Petrona Y Sanchez (Yanez)
Funeral services for Petrona Y Sanchez, 88, of Keene, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m. Sunday, May 15, 2016 at the Keene Spanish Seventh-day Adventist Church. Burial will follow in Keene Memorial Park.
A visitation will be held from 6 – 9 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Mrs. Sanchez passed away Friday, May 6, 2016 in Keene. She was born in Honduras on May 20, 1927, the daughter of Elena (Pineda) and Felix Yanez.
Mrs. Sanchez was a seamstress and a member of the Keene Spanish Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Roman Sanchez.
Mrs. Sanchez is survived by her daughter, Reyna E. Contreras and husband, David, of Keene; sister, Angela Martinez of Honduras; granddaughters, Karynna E. Valencia and husband, Emmanuel and Weendy Contreras; and great grandson, Diego David Valencia.
