A memorial service for Patricia Elaine Seahorn, 85, of Cleburne, Texas will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 2012 in the chapel of First United Methodist Church.
There is no visitation.
Mrs. Seahorn passed away on Friday, Dec. 7, 2012 at her home. She was born in Little Rock, Ark. on Sept. 3, 1927, the daughter of Carol (Krause) and Bert C. Powers. She married George Seahorn on Oct. 12, 1947 in Benton, Ark.
Mrs. Seahorn was a homemaker and was a member of First United Methodist Church for 40 years. She was a past president of Cleburne’s City Council of P.T.A. and received a lifetime membership.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Seahorn is survived by her husband of 65 years, George Seahorn of Cleburne; children, Wyatt Seahorn and wife, Mary Ann, of Fort Smith, Ark., Cole Seahorn and wife, Amie, of Cleburne, Melinda “Missy” Wimberley of Cleburne, Patricia Haygood and husband, Bob, of Hockley, Texas, Scot Seahorn and wife, Krystal, of Cleburne, and Grady Seahorn and wife, Kristen, of Green Castle, Ind.; sister, Nancy Turner of Austin, Texas; 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
