Services for Billie Miller Simmons, 73, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Eastern Heights Church. Burial will follow at Greenacres Memorial Park. The Rev. Farris Whitehead will officiate. There will be no visitation.
Billie passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2011 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born June 20, 1937 in Lubbock, Texas to Earl Miller and Le Ora Heller.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim Bob Simmons; 1 great grandchild; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.
Billie is survived by her sons, Jim Bob Simmons Jr. and wife Jane of Cleburne, Steve Simmons and wife Cheryl of Cleburne; daughters, Darla Green and husband Rick of Burleson, and Delisa Turner of Waxahachie; 4 sisters; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
