Bobbie Jean "Granny Bob" Skinner (Martindale)
Services for Bobbie Jean “Granny Bob” Skinner, 84, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Caddo Cemetery in Joshua, Texas. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, 2015 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Bobbie went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born Feb. 13, 1931 in Aberdeen, Texas to Virgie (Harkins) and Joseph Irvin Martindale. Bobbie married Neal Skinner on Sept. 9, 1948 in Shamrock, Texas. She retired from Joshua Independent School District where she was a cafeteria cook. Bobbie was a member of Open Heart Church. She will be dearly missed by all who know and loved her.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Neal Skinner; and grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth, Amberly, and Taylor.
She is survived by her son, Billy Skinner and wife, Triva, of Sand Flat; daughters, Linda Taylor and husband, Mike, of Sand Flat, Jodi Schraeder and husband, Larry, of Joshua; grandchildren, Amy, Mike and wife, Kim, Jennifer, Miranda, B.J. and wife, Amy, Dean, Jeanna and husband, Roger, and Jared; great-grandchildren, Jon, Bailey, Michael, Blake, Wesley, Hannah, Cason, Elizabeth, Lyndi,
Cortney, Nikki, Tyler, Kori, Payton, Megan, Parker, Rheanna, Kenzie, Landry, Karli; great-great-grandchildren, Cole, Whitley, Allison; brothers, Clifford Martindale and wife, Mollie, of Pampa, Robert Martindale of Amarillo; sisters, Bonnie Thompson and husband, Kim, Janie Mason, Winnie Moore all of Amarillo; and numerous other relatives and friends.
