Jo Ann Smith (Carlock)

Funeral services for Jo Ann Smith, 68, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at New Heart Family Worship with Pastor Charles Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Monday, February 3, 2020 at Rosser Funeral home.
Mrs. Smith passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Cleburne, Texas on May 23, 1951, the daughter of Charlene (Cox) and Oscar Carlock, Sr.
Jo Ann loved spending time with family and friends. She was always putting everyone's needs before her own. She had a strong faith in the Lord and it showed in everything she did. She loved teaching Sunday school and volunteering at her church. Her favorite thing to do was sew and she made many things over the years. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Oscar Carlock, Jr.
Jo Ann is survived by her husband, William Smith; children, Tracy Davis and husband, Shawn, Will Smith, Jr. and wife, Amy, Stephanie Lopez, Zachary Smith and Chris Smith; brother, Charles Carlock and wife, Anita; sisters, Sherry Clark and husband, Howie, Lee Carlock and Connie Carlock; grandchildren, Summer, Kenneth, Lily and Alicia; great grandchildren, Eric, Riley, Gayle, Brynlee and Andrew; and numerous nieces and nephews.
