Funeral services for Mary Lou Stephens, 60, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Eastern Heights Church with the Rev. Kody Hughes and the Rev. Steve McCoy officiating. Burial will follow in Squaw Creek Cemetery near Glen Rose, Texas.
Visitation will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Mrs. Stephens passed away Thursday, May 15, 2014 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Gatesville, Texas on April 19, 1954, the daughter of M. J. and Edna (Perkins) Collins.
Mary Lou and Gary Stephens were married May 19, 1974 in Belton, Texas. She was a CNA at Cherokee Rose Nursing Home in Glen Rose and was a member of Eastern Heights Church.
Mrs. Stephens is survived by her husband, Gary Stephens of Cleburne; sons, Gary Stephens, Jr. and wife, Amanda, of Burleson, Texas and James Stephens and wife, Cassie, of Godley, Texas; daughters, Crystal Curtis and husband, James and Mary Ann Winsett and husband, Jason, all of Cleburne; brothers, Mike Collins and wife, Brenda, of Missouri, James Collins and wife, Faye, and Russell Collins and wife, Dotty, of Cleburne; sister, Janet Mitchell and husband, Jerry, of Cleburne; 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
