Obituary for Hilda Loraine Strode (Yardley)
Keene—Graveside services for Hilda Strode, 95, of Keene, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m., Monday, Jan. 23, 2012 at Greenwood Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas.
Visitation will be held from 6 - 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012, at Rosser Funeral Home.
Mrs. Strode passed away on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2012 in Keene. She was born in San Bernardino, Calif. on June 24, 1916, to Clara (Ellis) and Vincent Yardley.
Hilda was retired as a LVN having worked at Walls Hospital. She enjoyed music and was a member of the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank G. Strode in 2009; two brothers and one sister.
Hilda Strode is survived by her son, Merlin Strode of Keene; daughter, Miladene Feuilly and husband, Randy, of Durango, Colo.; and grandchildren, Jason Feuilly and Clarisa Folsom.
Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
