Funeral services for Sylvia Elaine Finley Cervantes, 66, of Joshua, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 23, 2022 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Terry Finley officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Rosser Funeral Home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Dan Finley, Don Finley, Joshua Whiddon, Christopher Humphrey, Edward Finley, Michael Stephens, Chad Blackwell, and Daniel Richardson.

Sylvia passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Fort Worth on March 30, 1956, to Mattie Pauline (Looper) and Bernard Finley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tracey Dickerson; son, David Finley; and brothers, Craig and Paul Finley.

Sylvia is survived by her sons, Joshua Whiddon of Cleburne and Addam Whiddon of Joshua; daughters, Samantha Blackwell and husband, Chad, of Joshua, and Amanda Anderson and husband, Andy, of Alvarado, Texas; brothers, Terry Finley and wife, Wanda, Phillip Finley, Dan Finley and Neccole Brown, and Don Finley and wife Na; sisters, Pamela McClain, Kathy Stephens and husband, Don, and Laura Pittman and Bob Mangieri; grandchildren, Ashley, Justin, Daniel, Travis, Christopher, and Sebastian; two great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and other family members and friends.
