Billy Harold Taylor
Blum, TX—Funeral services for Billy Harold Taylor, 74, of Blum, Texas will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014, at the First Baptist Church of Blum. The Rev. Ken Coleman and Dr. Jim Keith will officiate. Burial will follow in Blum Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014 at Rosser Funeral Home in Cleburne, Texas.
Serving as pallbearers will be Thomas Gant, Don Rape, Sam Howard, Ray Tubbs, Mike Sanders, and Ronnie Faulknor.
Billy went to be with the Lord Monday, Jan. 13, 2014. He was in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 30, 1939, in Hill County, Texas to Eldridge and Mary Taylor. Billy married Harriet Tutt on April 4, 1959.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Blum. Billy loved the Lord, his family and friends and he helped many people along the way. He was a good man.
Billy Harold Taylor is survived by his wife, Harriet of Blum; son, Dan Taylor and wife, Tammie, of Cleburne; daughters, Janet MacDonald of Cleburne and Shannon Graham and husband, Richard, of Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Ricky Mathis and wife, Kristal, Jordan MacDonald and wife, Rosie, Amanda Taylor, Taylor Griggs, Marissa MacDonald; and Kasey and Austin Graham; great grandchildren, Jacob and Sofia MacDonald and Rylee Mathis; brother, Gary Taylor; sisters, Betty Brown, Rita Taylor and Debra Taylor; and a host of relatives and friends.
