Alvarado—A memorial service celebrating the life of James Chad Van Buskirk, 36, of Alvarado, Texas was conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 6, 2011 at the First Baptist Church of Alvarado with the Rev. Wade Taylor officiating.
Mr. Van Buskirk passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2011. He was born in Arlington, Texas on September 30, 1974, the son of Aundrea Kaye and John David Van Buskirk.
Chad was an automotive tech who had a passion for classic cars. He also had a love of music, cooking, and animals. Chad was very sociable and loved his friends. He was very knowledgeable of many subjects.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Norris Tidwell, Mildred Tidwell Ritchie, Alma Van Buskirk, and Charles Van Buskirk; and stepsister, Marci Hill.
Chad is survived by his mother, Aundrea Tidwell of Alvarado; father, John Van Buskirk and step-mother, Sandy, of Dublin, Texas; step-brother, Steve Fagan and wife, Kelly, of Arlington; step-sister, Tammy Mackey of Mansfield; and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends.
