Don Weathers

Memorial services for Don Weathers, 63, of Granbury, Texas, will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 17, 2017 at Rosser Funeral Home in Cleburne with the Rev. Rudy Rudewick officiating.
Don entered Heaven’s gates on February 13, 2017. He was born and raised in Lewisville Texas, and recently lived in Cleburne and Granbury. A man of many talents and experiences, Don re-invented himself numerous times in his life. From his service in the Army in Vietnam, he then at one time owned a dairy, Dutchman Transportation and he was the heart of Iron Horse Property Preservation. His businesses, wife, kids, and especially his grandson were Don’s passions and delight. We will always carry him in our hearts.
Don was preceded in death by his parents, Harold & Juanita Weathers; and brother, Gary Weathers.
He is survived by his wife, Gerri Shelton; son, Derek Weathers; daughters, Lacy Weathers, Nicole Shelton and Haley Shelton; and his grandson Jeffrey Shelton.
