Obituary for Lillian Bernice Whaley (Daniel)
Funeral services for Lillian Daniel Whaley, 91, of Tolar, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, 2016 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Kenneth Daniel and the Rev. Stephen McCoy will officiate.
Burial will follow in Nancy Smith Cemetery near Glen Rose, Texas.
The family will receive visitors from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Buddy Whitehead, Charlie Tingle and Brent Locke.
Mrs. Whaley passed away Monday, Jan. 25, 2016 in Grandview, Texas. She was born in Paluxy, Texas on Aug. 25, 1924, the daughter of Ninnie Bell (Teague) and Gabe Daniel.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Charles Ray Dowell; daughter, Patricia Fern Kennemer; and brother, Preston Daniel.
Mrs. Whaley is survived by her daughter, Joyce Earlene Kennemer; grandchildren, Keith Ledbetter, Shelia Batson, Brooke Batson, Brandy Batson, Rachell Tingle and Lisa Evans.
