Willie Beatrice Archer

Funeral services for Willie Beatrice Archer, 92, of Burleson, Texas will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Monday, October 23, 2023 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Greenacres Memorial Park.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 12 -1:00 P.M., Monday, at the funeral home, prior to the service.

Willie Beatrice Archer passed away peacefully on Friday, October 20, 2023 in Burleson. She was born July 3, 1931 in Covington to Carrie (Tribble) and John Granton.

Mrs. Archer loved children and her grandchildren. She enjoyed camping, traveling, needlepoint, and being a volunteer at Huguley Hospital for 10 years. She was a member of the Burleson Church of Christ. Willie was preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband, Kenneth H. Archer; son, Kenneth W. Archer; two brothers, Morris Granton and John Granton, Jr.; and two sisters, Carrie Moulder and Johnnie Hale.

Survivors include her son, Jerry Archer and wife, Evelyn of Godley; daughter, Frankie Lewis and husband, Randy of Burleson; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and many extended family and friends.
