Billie Jean Wylie (Bilton)
Funeral services for Billie Jean Wylie, 89, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2017 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Keith Whitt officiating. Burial will follow in Caddo Cemetery in Joshua, Texas.
The family will receive visitors from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chris, Scott and Curt Voiles, Jason, Jeremy and Justin Rives, Nick and Rickey Wylie, Jr, Cody Wynn, Aaron and Zachery Wylie and Jeff Cordell.
Mrs. Wylie passed away Monday, December 18, 2017 in Cleburne. She was born on January 15, 1928, the daughter of Jessie (Higgins) and Samuel Sidney Bilton.
Mrs. Wylie was a telephone operator but was most proud to be a homemaker raising her six children. She was a member of North Cleburne Baptist Church.
Mrs. Wylie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Rollan Wylie; son, Wayne Wylie; two sisters and one brother.
She is survived by her sons, Rickey Wylie and wife, Beverly, of Cleburne, Steve Wylie and wife, Lisa, of Godley, Texas and Tommy Wylie and wife, Carla, of Burleson, Texas; daughters, Kathy Smith and husband, Buddy, of San Antonio, Texas and JoAnn Rives and husband, Curtis, of Cleburne; 25 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
